Selecting the right sensor
We understand the diverse needs and circumstances of our customers, as well as the broad technical scope that machine and production line designers must navigate. That’s why Sensorola’s experts are frequently involved in sensor selection, starting from the inception of the customer’s product development project and continuing through to commissioning and production. This ensures that our customers receive the best sensor options for their objectives.
Initially, we collaborate with the customer to explore possible measurement methods, principles, and required electronic connections, while also identifying the customer’s actual needs, such as desired measurement or detection accuracy, installation methods, and environmental conditions. We then assess and recommend suitable sensor types from among hundreds of options, presenting the most appropriate choices along with their associated costs. The final decision on the sensor to be used is left to the customer.

Investigation of the disturbance
No matter how high-quality, carefully selected, and installed the sensor is, sometimes unexpected and unpredictable events occur.
In the event of a disruption, we never leave our customers alone and are always reachable. Whether it’s malfunctions, production problems, or sensor faults, we assist until the issue is resolved.
If necessary, we can promptly dispatch the most commonly needed spare part sensors to the customer from our own warehouse in Vantaa.
Logistics services
Our comprehensive sensor warehouse is situated in Vantaa, Finland, close to the airport, providing excellent logistical connections for deliveries within Finland and abroad.
We stock over 1900 sensor models in our warehouse, including all the most commonly used ones.
In case of urgent needs, we ensure swift delivery of stocked sensors. You will promptly receive information about the delivery time and associated costs. Additionally, our warehouse can cater to customers’ individual needs. For instance, we can arrange storage of specific sensor types upon agreement or fulfill bulk delivery requests as per the customer’s preferences.
